PIN Entry Plus

PIN Entry Plus, now available for Premier and Standard level audio conferences, gives conference leaders the ability to assign each participant joining their conference calls a unique PIN Code. This allows conference leaders to identify each caller based on their PIN association (in addition to the participant passcode) for identification and added security.

Additional features of PIN Entry Plus:
  • Allows conferencing leaders to add guest PIN lists to their profiles (guest PIN lists allow non-employee participants to be identified when they join a conference).
  • Allows company designated Administrators to add, modify, or delete the company or account-level PIN code lists.
  • Automated participant list is generated after every call.
Participants who join a reserved audio call with PIN Entry Plus will need to enter both a passcode for validation and a PIN code to identify their credentials
