Upgrade for Verizon Net Conference Services on the Cisco WebEx Platform

Through our collaboration with Cisco, Verizon Conferencing Support will be implementing enhanced features with our Net Conferencing service portfolio and conferencing tools in August 2015.

As a Net Conferencing customer on the Cisco WebEx platform, you will soon see changes to your site. The current upgrade schedule is organized alphabetically, based upon your WebEx site URLs.
  • August 28th 2015 - Shared sites for Instant and Advanced Net Conference (mman, van, mymeetings, mymeetingsft, mymeetingsssl, mmancusa, mminsusa)
  • September 11th 2015 - Site URLs beginning with numbers and A - O
  • September 18th 2015 - Site URLs beginning with P - Z
The WebEx upgrades typically begin around 7PM PST on each respective Friday evening and generally last until mid- day on Saturday.

Lockdown is defined as those environments where end-users do not have administrative rights to their PCs and therefore cannot accept a software push directly from the vendor.
