What is the Verizon Conferencing Affiliate Program and how does it work? The Verizon Conferencing Affiliate Program offers Affiliates the opportunity to earn commissions and share in our success. Affiliate Web sites join forces with Verizon to promote and provide product and service information for audio conferencing on their sites. To begin the process for participation in the program, you must read and agree to the Terms and Conditions of the Verizon Conferencing Affiliate Agreement. Once you have agreed to the Terms and Conditions of the Agreement, you will be directed to the Verizon Conferencing Affiliate Application. Complete the Verizon Conferencing Affiliate Application. After your application has been accepted, pre-approved links to the Verizon Conferencing Web site may be placed on your site. By placing Verizon Conferencing links on your Web site, you can provide your site visitors with an opportunity to become more productive, improve communications, and broaden customer reach. If a visitor to your site completes a Verizon audio conference call through the Credit Card Scheduler (See definition of Completed Call below), Verizon Conferencing pays you, the Affiliate, a commission.
What constitutes a "Completed Call?" A Completed Call is defined as a Verizon Audio conference that is received from a Linked User and is among two (2) or more points scheduled and completed within seven (7) calendar days by a Linked User using Verizon’s Credit Card Scheduler. Why choose the Verizon Affiliate Program? Becoming a Verizon Conferencing Affiliate provides you with an opportunity to earn commissions, drive traffic to your site, and develop an additional source of revenue. By placing links to the Verizon site on your Web site, you can create a "value-added" feature for your visitors. Best of all, Verizon does not charge a fee to participate in the Program. As Linked Users from your site complete calls, Verizon Conferencing will send you commissions, subject to the Terms and Conditions of the Verizon Conferencing Affiliate Program Agreement. Tracking and Payment A Completed Call is defined as a Verizon Audio conference that is received from a Linked User and is among two (2) or more points scheduled and completed within seven (7) calendar days by a Linked User using Verizon’s Credit Card Scheduler. You are entitled to earn a commission fee for each Completed Call (as defined herein) from a Linked User throughout the duration of the parties’ Agreement, up to a maximum of twenty (20) Completed Calls per single Linked User scheduled within 120 days from the date the click-through is initiated. Affiliates will not be paid for any Completed Calls above this twenty (20) Completed Call maximum. The commission fee is calculated by multiplying the Total ($U.S.) Dollar Amount of a Linked User’s Completed Call by five (5) per cent (%). For the purposes of this Agreement, the Total ($U.S.) Dollar Amount of the Customer’s Completed Call excludes applicable federal, state, local, and foreign sales, use, excise, utility, gross receipts, value-added taxes, and other taxes, similar tax-like charges and tax-related surcharges. Payment of your commission earnings will be paid to Affiliates within forty-five (45) days after the last day of the month in which the total number of Completed Calls equals $25. If you do not reach the $25 threshold, the balance of your commissions will be added to subsequent commissions earned until the total commissions owed exceed $25. At the end of each calendar year, Verizon will pay all outstanding commissions owed to Affiliates irrespective of whether that amount exceeds $25. In the event that the Agreement is terminated, Verizon will pay all outstanding commissions owed to Affiliates within 45 days after the end of the month following the termination of the Agreement. Can I earn commissions on Completed Calls from the same Linked User? You are entitled to earn a commission fee for each Completed Call (as defined herein) from a Linked User, up to a maximum of twenty (20) Completed Calls per single Linked User. Affiliates will not be paid for any Completed Calls above this twenty (20) Completed Call maximum. For each Linked User, all calls must be completed within 120 days of the initial click-through. How will Verizon know that the Completed Calls came from my site? A unique identifier is contained in all links from the Affiliate Web site. Each time a visitor comes to Verizon Conferencing through an Affiliate site, Verizon knows to credit the Affiliate account for each Completed Call. In order to make sure this process works properly, all links must be created through the "Tag Generator" at http://mciconf.reporting.net.
