WebRSVP Enhancements - PIN Code Feature
WebRSVP is a convenient and secure registration tool that allows conference leaders to collect and view participant information online. Because leaders can have accurate information, they can better manage their events including the elimination of overbooking charges or the problem of under booking a call. WebRSVP is available for Reserved Audio Conferencing.
The WebRSVP PIN Code feature provides participants with an assigned PIN Code to join a conference. Leaders will have access to reports on which PIN Codes were used during a conference to determine which invitees actually participated in the Reserved Audio Conference call. Leaders may then follow up with attendees or reach out specifically to those who did not attend the call. With WebRSVP meeting leaders can better manage their conference call attendance while capturing vital information about their meeting participants.
