August 22, 2008 Upgrade to Advanced, Instant and Reserved Net Conference with Microsoft Office Live Meeting 2007
On the evening of August 22, 2008 Verizon Advanced, Instant and Reserved Conferencing customers on the Microsoft® Office Live Meeting platform will see changes to their site as a result of the upgrade to Live Meeting 2007. These enhancements will provide improvements to the following areas:
- Streamlined Meeting Console and improved console navigation options
- Enhanced audio and video capabilities
- Handouts/File Transfer
- Enhanced presenter tools
- Integrated Live Meeting registration system (Advanced Net Conference only)
- Recording enhancements (Advanced Net Conference only)
- Virtual breakout rooms (Advanced Net Conference only)
In addition Replay storage will now be available for up to 365 days for Advanced Net Conference and 360 days for Reserved Net Conference. While extensions beyond this time will not be possible, you may download the file (Advanced Net) or request a file download (Reserved Net) at anytime before the replay expires. Once the replay expires, the recording will be deleted. If you have an existing Net Replay it will be automatically extended for 365/360 days from the launch of Live Meeting 2007.
In addition, effective June 1, 2008 we no longer charge the storage fees associated with Advanced or Customized Net Replay with Microsoft Office Live Meeting. Replay storage fees not associated with Live Meeting still apply. There will be no credits issued for previous Net Replay storage fees.
