Verizon Business now offers Instant Meeting and Instant Net Outlook Integration
Verizon Business offers leaders an advanced scheduling tool compatible with Microsoft Outlook. Instant Scheduler incorporates Microsoft Office functions, providing leaders with several new shortcut options when scheduling Instant Meeting audio conferences.
Features include:
- Creating Microsoft Outlook appointments for Instant Meeting audio conferences and Instant Net conferences
- Providing detailed meeting information in those appointments, such as:
- Participant dial-in information
- URL address where participants will be prompted to enter details to enable the bridge to dial them back
- A web page containing complete list of dial-in numbers
- URL address to join a Net conference, if scheduled
- Sending meeting invitations via Microsoft Outlook
- A URL address for leaders to enable the bridge to dial them back
- Ability to initialize Web Moderator, a web-based application providing conferencing leaders with visibility into their Instant Meeting conference call
