Download Recorded Audio Calls

Verizon Conferencing has added a third option to your conference record capabilities -- File Download. When you make a reservation, you can request a file download with any Premier- or Standard-level audio conference. You may request downloads in the following formats: .mp3 or .wav. (downloaded from the Verizon Business web site) or .wav on CD format (delivered via U.S. postal service).

Your reservation confirmation will contain instructions for retrieving the file. Once the conference has been recorded, the file will be available for download one hour after the conclusion of your meeting, for 30 days.
