Instant Net Conference leaders can now manage their Instant Meeting online

Verizon Business is pleased to announce that Instant Net Conference leaders using the Microsoft® Office Live Meeting platform can now manage their corresponding audio conference online. Conference leaders must have an Instant Meeting account, our reservation-less audio service, in order to take advantage of this great new feature.

Through a button embedded into the Net Conference console, leaders can access an online management tool known as the Instant Meeting Web Moderator, which is available for use at no additional charge. This new capability provides leaders the ability to "view" who is on their audio call, allowing them to maintain more control over the meeting.
