Our easy-to-use, value-priced, video conferencing bridging services appeal to individuals who want a comprehensive solution, as well as those who need only occasional access to specific value-added features. Recurring or one-time meetings can be reserved for up to a year in advance or are available on-demand with our reservationless Instant Video service. Verizon Video Conferencing provides multi-point bridging services that support both ISDN (H.323) and IP (H.323) transport protocols. Video endpoints can be connected at bandwidths up to 1.544 Mbps (ISDN transport bandwidth up to 384 Kbps and IP transport bandwidth up to 1.544 Mbps). The Gateway and Transcoding features provide protocol and bandwidth/speed conversion, enabling video endpoints to connect at varying transport protocols and bandwidth connections on a single call. Both Dial-Out and Meet-Me access options are available, along with a number of additional features to enhance your video meeting experience. So whatever your requirements, video conferencing can help you conduct simple, efficient, cost-effective meetings. Conferencing Services:US Bridged Audio Conferencing Flat RateDomestic Audio Conferencing. For domestic usage of Audio Conferencing from Verizon Conferencing as set forth in the Guide for calls that originate and terminate in the US Mainland, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and the US Virgin Islands, Customer will be charged in lieu of standard rates and discounts the per-minute per-bridge port fixed postalized rates described herein. These postalized rates will not fluctuate with changes in the Guide.
The non recurring per call charges for Audio Streaming are based on the number of participants on the internet per call
A $700 per call charge applies per audio streaming call designated for Audio Streaming Replay. This is in addition to the per call charges above. US Bridged Canadian Audio Conferencing The below postalized rates will be fixed for the term of the contract.
US Dial Out International Audio Conferencing International Audio Conferencing (Dial out from a US bridge). In lieu of any other discounts, Customer will receive a fixed discount of 20% off of the standard rates (which include both transport and bridging) for domestically bridged International Dial-Out Audio Conferencing, as set forth in the Guide.
Video ConferencingUS ISDN Video Conferencing - Flat RateFor Domestic ISDN Access Videoconferencing, in lieu of standard rates and any discounts, Customer will pay the following port usage charges per minute per video bridge port and the following domestic dial-out transport usage charges per minute for transport (per 2 channels 112/128k) for all Domestic ISDN Access Videoconferencing calls. These Postalized Rates will not fluctuate with changes in the Guide. Customer will be responsible for all other charges associated with Domestic ISDN Access Video Conferencing at standard rates.
Video Transport for Dial Out to the following Countries:
For International Dial-Out Videoconferencing Services, in lieu of any other discounts (standard or otherwise), Customer will pay the following transport per minute rates (per 2 channels 112/128k) per site, based on the Service Regions set forth in the Guide, for those countries (where service is available) listed in the Guide. Customer will be invoiced additionally for multipoint bridging charges.
US IP Video Conferencing
Usage Charges for ROW Conferencing Services (collectively, "Foreign Billed Service(s) Usage Charges") shall contribute to the Contractual Minimum. For purposes of determining the contribution of the Foreign Billed Service(s) Usage towards the Customer's Annual Minimum under this Agreement, Verizon will convert the Foreign Billed Service(s) Usage from the applicable local currency to US Dollars using an average monthly foreign currency exchange rate applied to the Foreign Billed Service(s) Usage Charges invoiced in the corresponding Monthly Period. If, at any time during the Term, any law, regulation or practice prohibits or significantly impedes Verizon ability to accept foreign currency (including UK pound sterling, European Euros, Hong Kong dollars, Singapore dollars, Japanese yen, or Australian dollars) in payment of its foreign currency invoices, the parties will negotiate in good faith to find a mutually acceptable solution. Microsoft Office Live Meeting

Customer will pay the following per minute rates, which are fixed for the Term, for Per-Minute Instant, Reserved and Customized Net Conferencing. Customer will be responsible for all other charges associated with Net Conferencing Service at the standard rates set forth in the Guide.
Domestic Net Conferencing Seat-Based Option ("Seat-Based Net"). Customer will be eligible for the following rates for Seat-Based Net Services. In order to utilize Seat-Based Net, Customer must sign a Seat-Based Net Enrollment Form ("Enrollment Form"). Any additions or modifications to Customer's Seat-Based Net Service during the Term will be controlled by the submission of a completed Seat-Based Change Form. The effective date of any Enrollment Form will be no later than the first day of the second full billing cycle following Customer's submission of the Enrollment Form to Verizon. No back credits will be available. Customer will be responsible for all other charges associated with Seat-Based Net, including, but no limited to, Set-Up charges and Overage charges, at the then standard rates set forth in the Guide. The per seat per month charges will be fixed for the Term; all other charges are subject to change from time to time with changes in the Guide. The following rates will be fixed for the Term.
Domestic Net Conferencing Enterprise Edition ("EE"). Customer will be eligible for the following rates for EE Services. In order to utilize EE, Customer must sign an EE Enrollment Form ("Enrollment Form"). The effective date of any Enrollment Form will be no later than the first day of the second full billing cycle following Customer's submission of the Enrollment Form to Verizon. No back credits will be available. Customer will be responsible for all other charges associated with EE, including, but no limited to, Set-Up charges and Overage charges, at the then standard rates set forth in the Guide. The per minute charges will be fixed for the Term; all other charges are subject to change from time to time with changes in the Guide.
Note: In the event of a discrepancy between any of the rates and charges set forth above and the rates and charges applicable pursuant to the MiCTA Master Agreement, the rates and charges applicable pursuant to the MiCTA Master Agreement shall apply. Term Commitment. Customer shall purchase the above Services for a period of twenty-four (24) consecutive months following the execution of this Agreement and installation of the Service.
