| QUESTION: |
| When I try to upload my PowerPoint slide set, which contains Poll, Web, or other slides created using the Live Meeting Add-in for PowerPoint, I get the message: |
|
|
"Uploading PowerPoint files that were created using the Microsoft Office Live Meeting 2005
Add-in for PowerPoint is not supported with this version of Live Meeting. Remove the Live
Meeting resource slides from the file, and then try again to upload it."

|
| I need those special slides (Poll, Web, etc.) in my presentation and can't remove them. What should I do? |
|
| ANSWER: |
| The workaround for this issue is: |
- Open the slide set in PowerPoint.
- From the PowerPoint menu bar, select Add-ins, then Live Meeting Presentation, then Export.
- In the Export pop-up, select .LMP for "Save as type".
- Log in to your Conference Center Live Meeting Manager, go to Manage Meetings and click the meeting in the list to get to the Meeting Details page for your meeting.
- On the right-hand side of the Meeting Details page, select Upload Files.
- Browse to find the .LMP file you just saved, then click Upload.
- Your slide set will upload and your special slides (Poll, Web, etc) will be active and functional in your meeting.
