Verizon Net Conferencing offers four options, allowing Customers the flexibility to choose the right solution for its needs.
Reserved Net Conference
Reserved Net Conference is a full-service option that offers operator-assisted support to help individuals join, lead, or troubleshoot their Net Conference, and conduct formal Q&A sessions. Reserved Net Conference, with Microsoft Office Live Meeting, is perfect for large or small highly-visible events.
Instant Net Conference
Instant Net Conference allows leaders to create web conferences within seconds to be used as a personal on-demand meeting place. Each Instant Net Conference provides a persistent, personal meeting ID and password, which leaders are able to communicate to participants at a moment's notice. Instant Net Conference is easy and convenient. Leaders may select either Microsoft Office Live Meeting or WebEx Meeting Center platforms.
Advanced Net Conference
Advanced Net Conference offers leaders a full suite of scheduling and meeting options providing them with the flexibility to enable exactly the features they want on each meeting. With Advanced Net Conference, customers can benefit from advanced scheduling features including audio and Outlook integration. Advanced Net Conference can utilize either Microsoft Office Live Meeting or WebEx Meeting Center.
Customized Net Conference
Customized Net Conference provides customers with a dedicated website branded with their name and logo. A customer can further customize the offering by disabling certain features, such as Desktop Sharing. Online scheduling tools allow leaders to schedule either future or immediate meetings with a wide variety of features including audio and Outlook integration. Customized Net Conference allows customers to select a platform to be branded. They can choose from Microsoft Office Live Meeting, WebEx Meeting Center, WebEx Training Center, WebEx Support Center, WebEx Sales Center, WebEx Event Center or WebEx Enterprise Edition.
