Streaming Requirements and Tips

	FAQ Join Requirements

• Pentium PC, 266MHz (or better), 32MB RAM (or better) and 2GB or better of free hard drive space
• Internet Connection: 56k - LAN connection
• Sound card + speakers

• Operating System: Windows 95, Windows 98, and Windows NT 4.0
• Internet Browser: Internet Explorer 4.01 (and above) or Netscape Navigator 4.0 (and above)
• Streaming Media Player: Windows Media Player 6.4 (and above) or Real Player 6.1 (and above)

	Ensure that you have the appropriate hardware/software before you logon to your event.
	Logon a few minutes early if you'd like to test your system.
	Remember your Conference ID# and any password information that should have been provided by your conference host.

Tips for Leaders/Hosts

	To reserve your event: Audio Streaming: 800-475-5000, option 1, option 6 (at least 1 hour in advance)
	Make sure you distribute the conference ID and any password information to your attendees well in advance.
