Premier service is available for Audio, Video, and Net conferences:
Premier Audio Conference - a conference coordinator manages your entire meeting on the day of the call including conducting a formal Q&A session. Your meeting manager is available before, during, and after your meeting to ensure that your requirements are met.
Premier Video Conference - with Premier video service, a conferencing coordinator will greet attendees, conduct a formal Q&A session, and monitor the call for the entire duration for quality assurance and technical assistance.
Reserved Net Conference - a full-service web conferencing service that offers support from a conferencing coordinator to help individuals join, lead, or troubleshoot their Net Conference. Reserved Net Conference, with Microsoft Office Live Meeting, is perfect for large or small highly-visible events.
Each Premier service, regardless of size, is assigned a Meeting Manager who will assist with meeting logistics prior to the event to ensure your requirements are fully met. In addition, a conference coordinator manages your meeting from start to finish on the day of the call.
